BILLING

  Please ensure that your rent and insurance is paid in a timely manner and in accordance with the Lease or Conveyance.  Late payments can incur additional fees and can result in County Court proceedings should payment not be paid. To receive future demands by email, please click on the go paperless link at the top of the home page.

Payment Methods

 We only accept payment via online Bank Transfer (BACS). Please ensure that you include your reference number with any payment.  

NB.  We do not take payment over the telephone.    

Receipts

Your proof of payment will be your bank statement.  If you require an official receipt please contact us accordingly.

We provide an informaiton pack with all the information we believe is required for the purpose of a sale or re-mortgage of a property upon payment of our costs of £395.00.  If you require us to deal with the enquiries within 3 working days, please add a further £95.00 to the above figure and put your request in writing.

If you are planning to make alterantions to your property, please write to our PO Box address and include as much information as possible, including plans and confirmation that you have requested permission from the local Council.  We will then be in a position to provide you with our terms.

If you have already made alterations to the structure of the property, you will need to contact us to regularise the potential breach.  Please provide details including plans/photographs/size of alterations so that we can assist you with the terms for retrospective consent.

  In most cases you are able to purchase the Freehold of the property.  In the first instance, please email your request to acquire the freehold to info@spirogroup.co.uk. If this is an option, we will confirm the same and send you a Freehold Purchase Form which will need to be completed and returned to us so a Valuer can process the infor

We will then issue a Freehold quote which will include all costs and any time frames that will need to be met.
